A Valentin-napi angol nyelvű versíró pályázatra rengeteg alkotás érkezett. A zsűrinek olyan nehéz dolga volt, hogy a sok szép vers közül a legszebbet kiválassza, hogy három nyertest is hirdet: Dremmel Nóra (11.d), Jakab Tekla (10.a) és Kosztadinovszki Georgina (12.d).

Különdíjat kapott Tajtiné Bondár Katalin tanárnő.

A díjak átadására 2011. február 15-én, nagyszünetben kerül sor az aulában.

THE ‘WITHOUT COFFEE’ POEM

When red clouds turn

Into midnight sky

I’m dreaming about him

He is the perfect guy.

The stars shine yellow

As I’m searching for rhymes

He is the cutest with his

Greenish brown eyes.

He is the one

Who owns my heart,

The boy –to make him happy

I work so hard.

I love his open heart

And the way he kiss’

He is my sweetie

Who I always miss.

He makes my smile

When I’m feelin’ blue

I made a wish

And it came true.

We eat ice-cream,

My favourite is lime,

I know that he’ll be

Forever mine.

Looking out of the window in great silence

I’m so sad I could scream

Watching the trees in the darkness

As frozen as ice-cream.

There’s frost, snow and cold everywhere

Just like in my heart anyway

I’m so bored I could fall, fall asleep

I should drink a cup of coffee but I hate it.

I wished lots of things

But they were never fulfilled

I dreamed you’re smiling

But this’s gone away.

Though, when you smile

I feel the frost

Melt in my heart

Which you don’t care about.

I know you won’t change your mind

Though I wish for it

That you’ll realize

It’s all I want every time.

I’ll always be here
